It is set in the 3 acres of attractive, landscaped gardens, full of wildlife, surrounding my home and overlooking a delightful small lake. The self-contained, open plan cottage provides spacious accommodation for holidays and longer winter lets.

Small entrance lobby, cloakroom/wc/whb, large comfortably furnished living room with woodburning stove and French doors to patio and garden, well equipped, newly refurbished kitchen/dining room.
First Floor: Gallery bedroom with zip and link Super King/twin bed, en-suite bathroom/wc/whb and over-bath electric shower.
Heating is provided by electric thermostatically programmed radiators.

Electric double oven/ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge with small freezer, travel cot, high chair, single z-bed, garden furniture, duvets with linen and towels.
Parking for 2 cars.
Friday changeover. Unsuitable for the infirm. One pet (extra charge) but flexible with longer winter lets.
